For airport pickups, your driver will be waiting just outside the arrivals terminal holding a sign with your name. For hotel or private residence pickups, please be ready at the main entrance or lobby. If you can't find your driver, contact the emergency number provided in your booking confirmation.

3. Pickup
From the Airport: Your professional driver will be waiting at the Punta Cana International Airport arrivals exit, holding a sign with your name.
From a Hotel or Residence: Your driver will meet you at the lobby or main entrance of your hotel or private accommodation at the scheduled time.
4. Luggage Assistance
Your driver will assist you with your luggage and guide you to a clean, air-conditioned private vehicle, chosen based on your group size and comfort needs.
5. Private Transfer Journey
