To all our valued customers that booked their private airport transfer, here is the information you'll be needing for a successful pick up.
Arrival at MBJ Airport: After clearing through immigration and customs, please make a right exit through the arrival hall main door. Once outside, turn to your right where you will see our representative/driver standing with the company's sign. When you identify our agent, please present your ticket to him and he'll guide you straight to your fully air-conditioned, top of line vehicle, that is ready to transport you in comfort and style! This is where your vacation begins!!
Please Note Briefly:
• This transfer does not include airport transfers to Excellence Oyster Bay, Ocean Coral Spring, Royalton White Sands and Blue Waters
• This transfer does not drop off at hotels in Runaway Bay, Negril, Montego Bay or Ocho Rios, Grand Palladium and Lady Hamilton Jamaica Resort and Spa
• ONLY Princess Grand Jamaica and Princess Senses the Mangrove !!!
Departing from your hotel to MBJ Airport: When you book your return transfer, your driver will meet you at the hotel entrance Lobby with the company's sign. NB: For all Departures, you must be at the airport Two (3) Hours before your flight time. Hence, based on your time of departure, we'll let you know the time that your driver will be coming to get you from the hotel. Once you are aware of this time, please to be at the hotel lobby on time, if not your driver will have to leave within 15 mins after that time have passed.
