Meeting and pickup

Pickup points
You can choose a pickup location at checkout (multiple pickup locations are available).
Pickup details:

Pickup is available from all hotels, villas, and Airbnb in Positano and Ravello.

Due to limited road access in Positano, pickup may be arranged at the nearest accessible parking area. We will confirm the exact meeting point via WhatsApp the day before the transfer.

Please provide your full pickup address, flight number, and phone/WhatsApp contact at least 24 hours in advance.

We recommend scheduling pickup 3.5–4 hours before flight departure due to Amalfi Coast traffic.

Your driver will arrive 10 minutes early and assist with luggage.

This activity ends in a different location. You can choose from multiple locations at checkout.

What to expect

When making a booking, you will need to advise your Positano or Ravello hotel details and your chosen drop-off point details. Your transfer will be confirmed within immediatly and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. 24 - 48 hours prior to your transfer, you will be required to call the supplier directly (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher) to reconfirm exact pick up times and places. It's that easy!

At time of booking, YOU MUST include the following details in the "Special Requirements" box:
• Departure flight or train Time
• Hotel Name (where you would like to be picked up from)
• Hotel Address
