We take a pleasant walk in the beautiful City Park, one of the world's first public parks.
We visit the glorious Vajdahunyad Castle, which is in fact a fantasy pastiche showcasing the architectural evolution through centuries and styles in Hungary.
During our walk in the City Park we will see the largest Spa in Europe.
We go through Andrássy Avenue, Budapest’s own Champs-Élysées, lined with spectacular Neo-renaissance mansions and townhouses; high-end boutiques; fashionable restaurants and coffee houses.
We visit the most beautiful building of Andrássy Avenue, the famous Hungarian State Opera House.
We explore the Jewish Quarter (what was used to be the ghetto) of Budapest with the largest synagogue in Europe, the Holocaust Memorial, interesting ruin bars and many other exciting attractions.
We visit the largest church in Budapest dedicated to Hungary's first king, houses an essential relic of the Hungarian history - the Holy Right Hand, - the mummified hand of St. Stephen.
Of course the magnificent Hungarian Parliament Building is part of our tour. We walk around this beautiful building and we will know about the interesting history of the communist Hungary, the dictatorship and 56' revolution. Note: If you would like to join an inside tour in the Parliament, you should book your ticket online before, then please send me what time the Parliament tour starts to modify our schedule accordingly!
We visit the Shoes memorial of the Danube Bank to discover its sad story.
After crossing the historical Chain Bridge we visit the medieval Buda Castle, the residency place of the Hungarian Kings from the XIV. century.
We visit the Fisherman's Bastion where we can enjoy the beautiful panoramic view for the city. Great time for taking some pictures!
