Your safari begins with a morning departure from Arusha after breakfast, followed by a scenic drive through Maasai villages and open plains en route to Tarangire National Park. Upon arrival, you’ll start your first exciting game drive, exploring the park’s beautiful landscapes dotted with ancient baobab trees and golden savannah. Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds and diverse wildlife, especially around the Tarangire River, where animals gather to drink. During your drive, you may see giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, lions, and a variety of colorful birds. At midday, you’ll stop at a scenic picnic site inside the park to enjoy lunch surrounded by nature. In the afternoon, continue with another game drive before exiting the park and heading to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight, relaxing and preparing for the next day’s adventure.
