Meeting and pickup
Drop by our shop and we’ll provide you with all the necessary equipment and a detailed river map. :) Our friendly staff will be happy to answer any questions you might have, and you can securely store your belongings in the shop if needed.
What to expect

2. Start Paddling! A 100m walk from the shop takes you to the river. Paddle along the calm waters and enjoy views of the village, the historic Fort, golden cliffs, and secluded beaches.
DISTANCE
Approx. 3km route from Ferragudo Village view, the castle, small caves, and secret beaches.
DURATION
At a low pace, it takes about 1 hour to complete the route, but you have 4 hours to explore the river. Stop at peaceful beaches for a picnic or snorkeling.

This tour offers a peaceful, picturesque journey for both beginners and experienced paddlers through one of the Algarve’s most charming areas. The calm river waters provide a perfect setting for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
NOTE: Kayaks are for two people. SUP boards are for one person.
