Your name will be displayed on a sign placed on the railing. Please look for your name and contact our on-site staff nearby. They will immediately arrange for the driver to pick you up. Pickup details will be sent to you in advance. City Hotel to Airport Pickup: Please wait in the hotel lobby. The driver will arrive holding a name sign for you. We will pick you up approximately 3.5 hours before your flight departure. Contact Us: If you need any assistance during your trip, please contact us via WhatsApp at +66-0871-808-686. If you cannot find your name sign at the pickup point, please call us immediately.
What to expect
***For pick up at airport : Once you have collected your lug-gage, please proceed to the exit 1 . A name board will be displayed on the railing; look for your name on the board. Contact the staff near the board, and they will call the driver for you.

***For transfer to airport : We will pick you up 3.5 hours before the flight , Please wait in the lobby, and we will provide you with the driver's information shortly.
