Our walk moves down to the city centre discovering the medieval fascinating narrow alleys that lead us to the magnificent Romanesque marble Cathedral. You will get to know interesting stories and the meaning the people from Lucca give to them just before heading into the charming Napoleon square aligned by secular sycamores. This square plays an important role for the city, today as in the past, hosting the Lucca Summer festival event every July.

You can’t become a real Italian for a day if you don’t take part in the traditional aperitivo ritual in town. Your guide will teach you where and how people from Lucca like to enjoy a glass of wine and some delicious snacks. We will stop at a glamorous Vineria located in a fascinating place and you will finally relax during the sunset awaiting for the wine and food of the day.
