Take a short moment to explore this quaint locale, visit the restroom, admire the historical buildings, and venture to the original entrance of Glacier National Park. West Glacier's beauty and historical charm make it a worthwhile and captivating stop during your journey.
Widely regarded as the park's most spectacular vista, this vantage point offers an unparalleled view. A vast lake with renowned multicolored rocks, visible through impeccably clear water, is set against the backdrop of the expansive Glacier mountains. The tour will stop at this point, providing an opportunity to capture breathtaking photographs and marvel at the stunning scenery.
As the pinnacle of our journey, we'll make a stop for snowshoeing. These trails unveil some of the most breathtaking views imaginable. The choice of trail depends on prevailing conditions and your skill level. Plan for a duration of 2-4 hours for this activity. During this stop, the tour provides snacks along the trail, and once the snowshoeing adventure concludes, a satisfying lunch is waiting.
