    Day 1

    Zürich to Lucerne

    Pilatus Luzern

    On our first day, we'll pick you up at 9am from your hotel in Zurich and we'll be driving approx. 45minutes to Kriens - base to Mount Pilatus. Here you can... Option 1 - Take a shorter hike up towards the Krienseregg, which offers some nice views over the Lake Luzern as well as Mt. Pilatus, beautiful alpine playground for kids and lovely Swiss restaurant where you can try some of local specialities ;-) Option 2 (recommended) - Take a gondola up to Mt. Pilatus and experience breathtaking views over Lake Lucerne and many surrounding mountains. While up there, you can enjoy a cafe or restaurant, as well as short walk on panorama trail, where you can spot lovely mountain goats. Option 3 - For an extra adventure seekers, there is a possibility to experience the longest alpine coaster in Switzerland or to try your skills at Pilatus Rope Park - both located at middle station named Fräkmüntegg ;-) Admission to Gondola is not included and return ticket to the top costs CHF80 per adult!

    Lucerne

    In the afternoon - once we're done at Mt. Pilatus, we'll be driving you to Lucerne - the most beautiful town in Switzerland, where our guide will take you through on a walking tour to show you all the highlights of this lovely place. Drop off to your hotel in Lucern approximately at around 5pm ;-)

    Lucerne to Kandersteg

    Aareschlucht

    We'll be starting our second day again at 9am, and while driving the scenic route to Grindelwald, you'll have a chance to choose one of two optional stopovers along the way... Option 1 - Visit the Aare Gorge - impressive natural wonder presenting narrows filled with roaring turquoise water. Our guide will take you through on one way - approx. 40minutes walking tour, where you will enjoy all the beauty along the way ;-) Once done, we'll join a train to bring us back to our van. Entrance fee to Aare Gorge is not included and costs CHF13 per adult! Option 2 - Discover the Interlaken, famous Swiss town beautifully set in between two lakes with an option to take gondola up to Harder Kulm for fabulous views

    Grindelwald

    We'll be arriving to Grindelwald at around the noon and you can choose from two different options of how you would like to spend your time over here... 1. - You'll stay in town and enjoy beautiful views of the valley & mountains, discover local shops, restaurants and perhaps even play a mini golf or join the ride on local alpine coaster ;-) 2. - You'll take Eiger Express gondola and cogwheel train to experience the famous Jungfrau glacier plateau and have your lunch over there ;-) Admission to Jungfrau gondola & cogwheel train is not included and costs CHF215 per adult!

    Lauterbrunnen

    Just 25 minutes drive from Grindelwald will bring you to Lauterbrunnen - the most iconic valley in Switzerland surrounded by its 72 watterfalls, offering a hospitality of small mountain town, many viewpoints and optionally even visit of the unique Trümmelbach Falls - mostly fed by Jungfrau Glacier, where everything is happening inside the mountain ;-) Admission to Trümmelbach Falls is not included and costs CHF18 per adult! We'll be arriving to your hotel in Kandersteg at approximately 6pm ;-)

    Kandersteg to Zermatt

    In the morning of day three, we'll be hiking up from Kandersteg for approx. one hour to reach the Oeschinensee - one of the most beautiful lakes in Switzerland, surrounded by magnificent mountains (optionally - you can take the gondola up and 20 minutes flat walk). We'll have some nice relaxing time up there and you can even have a lunch at the mountain restaurant by the lake. On the way down, you can use the gondola again or you can descent with our guide via lovely downhill hike that takes approx. 45minutes down to Kandersteg ;-) Once back in Kandersteg, we'll depart for Täsch... gateway to Zermatt ;-) Gondola ticket to Oeschinen Lake is not included and costs CHF31 to get up or CHF41 for roundtrip!

    The Matterhorn

    In Zermatt, you will have few options of "what to do" again ;-) 1. - We do recommend to take gondola up to Blauherd, from where you can start one of many hikes of different length and our guide will make sure you won't miss the lake Stelli, over which you can admire reflections of the famous Matterhorn. 2. - Another option would be to hike up to the Black Lake (3hrs.) which brings you closest to the Matterhorn and then descent by gondola back to Zermatt. 3. - There is also a possibility to experience the glass bottom Matterhorn Paradise Glacier gondola, which is with its top station at 13 000ft. highest in the Alps and offers really unbelievable panoramic views over all the peaks 4. - Not a hiker? No worries at all :-) ...you can enjoy your time just exploring the Zermatt itself and still have the view of Matterhorn from there ;-) Admission to any gondola is not included and costs CHF30 for return ticket to Blauherd, CHF40 for Schwarzsee single ticket or CHF120 for Paradise!

    On our last day we'll be departing from Zermatt and in 2-hour drive, you'll arrive in a world of extremely tasty cheese & mouth melting chocolate, overlooking a fairytale Chateau de Gruyeres ;-)

    On our last stop before back to Zurich, we will visit Bern - a capital city of Switzerland, full of history, water fountains, shopping arcades, known for its bears, cathedral, clock tower and house of Albert Einstein where his theory has been developed ;-) Optimal place to have a lunch :-)
