Meeting and pickup
At the Clube Naval roundabout, head in the direction of the Etar (with the Etar on the left, our building is on the right), next to a dirt road parking lot - where you'll find our dive centre, saying the name of the company, ‘Arrabida Experiences’.
What to expect
- Briefing: theoretical lesson covering adaptation to the aquatic environment, equipment and safety rules;
- Adaptation dive: putting the theoretical teachings into practice - trying out the equipment and breathing exercises, adapting the body and mind to the environment;
- Tour diving: a time to appreciate the surroundings, identifying marine species and enjoying the fascinating underwater world.
