BREAKFAST in the hotel. In the morning departure from the hotel to visit the light city of America awarded for having the best preserved historical center of Latin America, our first stop will be the vantage point of the muffin located at 3035 masl, and formerly known as "Shungoloma" or heart hill, here is a large scale copy (45mts.) of the Virgin of Legarda shown on the altar of the church of Saint Francis NOTE: For operational reasons today’s visits could change their order.

Mitad Del Mundo
In the afternoon the journey continues towards the city half of the world where you will be able to observe the monument built in the eighteenth century which aims to highlight the exact location of the equatorial line where the scientific expedition French defined the position of the line that divides the world.

Day 3
Excursion Otavalo Market + Cotacachi

BREAKFAST in the hotel. The tour begins by visiting the town of Cayambe, here you can taste a traditional sandwich that are the biscuits , made in clay oven and accompanied with leaf cheese or sweet milk

Continuing the tour a small stop is made in Mira Lago to photograph Lake San Pablo until arriving to the picturesque city of Otavalo famous for owning one of the largest indigenous fairs in Latin America, where their skilled artisans expose all their handicrafts and fabrics recognized worldwide, in the afternoon we will visit the villages of Cotacachi

Excursion Mindo

Breakfast at the Hotel. Early departure in the morning and after a tour of approx. 2 hours 30 minutes you will have the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful corner of Ecuador named in 1997 as the first Importance destination for bird watching in Latin America by Bird Life International with around of 500 varieties of birds and approximately 1200 species of butterflies.

Excursion to Cotopaxi National Park + Quilotoa

BREAKFAST in the hotel. Early departure in the morning, enjoying beautiful landscapes and diverse ecosystems, as a clear sign of the majesty of the Andes. Continue to Cotopaxi National Park, reaching the foothills of the impressive active volcano

Laguna de Limpiopungo
We will visit the Museum of the Park, the Lagoon of Limpiopungo and making an interesting walk we will arrive to the forest of the chuquirahuas to 4200 masl. (If the weather permits it). We will continue towards the Quilotoa Volcano, which has in its crater an impressive turquoise lagoon, thus becoming one of the most beautiful and photographed landscapes in Ecuador. We will make a short walk, to appreciate the magnificent view of the volcano (if the weather conditions allow it). In the afternoon we will move to the city of Quito.
