The tasting of the six wines and their combinations will be presented and served in our equipped and comfortable tasting room, where all our guests, even if spaced and safely, can enjoy a convivial and unique experience!
For all those who have particular diets or intolerances, upon notice at the time of booking in the "notes" field, we are able to meet most dietary needs.
The price of the tasting includes everything: tasting, water and food pairings.
The structure of the Rocca di Montestaffoli does not provide bar service (coffee, tea, soft drinks, spirits, packaged foods, etc.)
It is also possible to participate in the tasting with children, for them our staff will prepare a selection of gastronomic excellences at a cost of € 10 per child.Remember that by law it is not possible to administer alcohol to minors.

In two hilarious hours for all lovers of local wines, we offer you: the story, the playful lesson and the tasting with its combinations.
In half an hour the story of the wine-growing area, from its history to its vineyards, from the cultivation and wine-making techniques to its wines, which takes place in our museum rooms specially equipped with exciting multimedia technologies.
In ten minutes a lesson on the individual aromas and fragrances characterizing the bouquet of Vernaccia di San Gimignano in our perfume and spice room.
Six local wines to learn about the different expressions of four Vernacce (two vintage Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG and two Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG Riserva), a local red the "San Gimignano DOC" in its many declinations and a San Gimignano Vin Santo.
