What to expect

We drive to my village, Angel's Farm, just 30 minutes south of Lisbon and stop at the most famous cheese factory in the region, we see how the cheese is made and get some to go.

Afterwards, we visit the Venâncio da Costa Lima Wine Cellar, home to The Best Moscatel Wine in the world, we will learn about the whole process and have a wine tasting along with some local snacks and sweets.

Now with Cheese and Wine we drive to the top of Laurel Hill where we find a local bakery placed by a working windmill, it is there we make our own bread.
While we wait for the bread to finish in the oven we walk the windmill ridge trail along with Laurel Hill and discover ancient ruins from civilizations past, hidden fossils of marine creatures and breathtaking scenarios as far as the eye can see.

We get back to the bakery and have a look inside a windmill before we grab our fresh baked bread and drive to a family vineyard farm in the valley, where we find the unique location to have our meal, fully immersed inside the Natural Park with far-reaching landscapes and natural wildlife.

From there we drive back to Lisbon with a full belly and new recipes!
