    We begin the visit by visiting a centenary olive grove next to Cazorla, where we can enjoy this unique landscape and the wonderful views of the place, to continue visiting the largest and most modern cooperative in the region, where we can observe the entire olive oil production process. . We finish the visit with an early harvest oil tasting in our exclusive tasting room, learning about the possible defects of olive oil, how its positive attributes are evaluated and testing our senses to discover the different aromatic nuances that the two main varieties of the area, royal and picual.
