Clients will board a flight from Zanzibar to Arusha paid by us included in the price. Upon arrival at Arusha Airport, your driver will be waiting at the arrival area holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name. After meeting the clients, the driver will drive you to Tarangire National Park.

    Tarangire National Park

    After breakfast, depart from Arusha to Tarangire National Park, a wildlife haven known for its diverse landscapes and iconic ancient baobab trees, the largest in Africa. The park features nine vegetation zones, from open plains to riverine forests, providing ideal habitats for a wide variety of animals. The Tarangire River attracts abundant wildlife, including elephants, lions, leopards, buffalos, zebras, giraffes, and a rich array of colourful birds. Tarangire is especially famous for having the largest elephant population in Tanzania, offering unique opportunities to observe elephant families interacting in their natural environment. Enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic riverside observatory, where you might witness herbivores drinking and, occasionally, predators on the hunt. Continue your afternoon game drive, exploring the park’s hidden corners, and immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of the African wilderness. Return to your lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

    Day 2: The Great Ngorongoro Crater

    Ngorongoro Crater

    After an early breakfast, head to the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the largest intact volcanic calderas in the world, covering 102 square miles (264 sq km) and descending over 600 meters (2,000 feet). The crater floor supports almost 20,000 large mammals, including black rhinos, elephants, lions, zebras, and buffalos, along with numerous smaller species and over 500 bird species. Its unique mix of grasslands, forests, and freshwater springs creates a perfect environment for wildlife spotting. Spend the day on a full-day crater floor game drive, exploring the incredible landscapes and watching animals in their natural habitats. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater, surrounded by stunning views and roaming wildlife. After your unforgettable safari experience, your guide will drive you back to Arusha or the airport for onward travel.
