Your driver will pick you up in Cadiz, either at your hotel or at the pier if you are traveling by cruise ship. It will take just under 1.5 hours to get to Seville.

In Seville they will have up to 5h. You will start your day with a guided tour of about 2 hours to get to know the main highlights of Seville. Your guide will show you the streets of the Barrio de Santa Cruz (old Jewish quarter), the Plaza de España, the Guadalquivir River and the historical center. After this tour, you will have 2.5h free time to visit some monuments, have lunch or relax before returning to Cadiz.
