Spend time with one of our hosts who will take you out picnicking under the sakura (cherry blossoms) in your very own hanami (cherry blossom viewing) party in Tokyo. Your host will decide on two hanami locations for you, including a famous park like Shinjuku Gyoen National Park, as well as a small garden and shrine. You could also view the blossoms whilst floating down a tranquil moat or even at night.
Within 24 hours after booking you'll receive a short questionnaire about your personality and interests. Based on your responses, you'll be assigned a like-minded local host. Your host will communicate with you directly to suggest an itinerary to help you discover what makes the city unique. You will also agree on a meeting time and place. Your itinerary is flexible, so during the experience, you can always change your mind about what you want to do.
(The host will be waiting in the Exit Square, on rainy days the host will be waiting in front of the train tickets machine) After booking, you can adjust the meeting point to fit your preferences with the help of our Experience Planners.
