With one of our hosts, an expert foodie, you will eat your way through Nagoya- a city that has its own name for its local food (its "Nagoya meshi" in Japanese FYI). Learn how to eat hitsumabushi (grilled eel on rice) like the locals or munch on a bowl of miso nikomi (udon-style noodles served in miso broth) at an underground mall. Slurp down ramen noodles, nibble snacks at an izakaya or drink sake in historic yokocho (alleyways).
