Your English speaking pilot will present a certificate with a champagne toast after you safely landed. Then you will enjoy a international buffet breakfast before being whisked off to Chiang Mai's award winning Fah Lanna Spa for a luxury spa treatment and later you will have lunch at their onsite Cafe & Restaurant before you can go to explore the city or return to your hotel by your own mode of transportation.

Meeting and pickup
The driver of the hot air ballon company will pick you up at the reception of your hotel. Please wait at 5.30 am at the lobby of your hotel.Pick up time will be confirmed again by message. In case you do not stay in a hotel but in a private residence, we need the exact address or arrange a clearly marked meeting point.

In case of unsuitable weather conditions, you will be provided the option to take the tour on an alternative date or be refunded. In case of cancellation due to the weather you can choose to cancel all and get a full refund or to take only the spa visit with lunch and receive a refund for the Hot Air Balloon Flight. For this reason you must provide your up to date contact information so the operator can contact you in case of cancellation.
