Meeting and pickup
After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, follow the pickup instructions provided for your reservation. Your driver will meet you at the designated meeting point with your name/booking identification.
In case your pickup is in your hotel the operator will look for you in the hotel lobby.
Your Flight Details/Hotel information are very important, without it we can not provide pickup time.
We can pick up/drop off in any hotel or Airbnb located in Zona Rosa, Zocalo, Reforma, Roma, Condesa and Polanco área in Mexico City.
