Pick-up Instructions Pick-up Point: Ensure that you provided the correct name and address for your pick-up point when making the booking. If you forgot to include this information, send it to us as soon as possible so we can assign your pick-up time. In areas with heavy traffic, especially in the capital, we may propose a nearby pickup point to the hotel to improve accessibility and punctuality. Pick-up Time Confirmation: The day before the activity, we will contact you between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM via email, WhatsApp, SMS or phone to confirm your exact pick-up time. - Prohibited items include sandals, strollers, drones, alcohol, drugs, aerosols, and litter, and participants are required to respect the environment by disposing of waste properly and avoiding eating or drinking in the vehicle.
- Essential items to bring include comfortable sportswear, hiking shoes, a backpack, sunscreen, light food, at least 1.5 liters of water, a raincoat, a swimsuit with a towel and dry clothes for swimming, and your ticket or invoice in digital or printed format.
