Approximated Pick-up Times by Season: Winter Season (Last Sunday of October – Last Sunday of March): - South Zone: Between 9:30 h. and 11:00 h. - Las Palmas de Gran Canaria: Between 10:00 h. and 11:30 h. Summer Season (Last Sunday of March – Last Sunday of October): - South Zone: Between 11:30 h. and 13:00 h. - Las Palmas de Gran Canaria: Between 12:00 h. and 13:30 h. Pick-up Instructions Pick-up Point: Ensure that you provided the correct name and address for your pick-up point when making the booking. If you forgot to include this information, send it to us as soon as possible so we can assign your pick-up time. In areas with heavy traffic, especially in the capital, we may propose a nearby pickup point to the hotel to improve accessibility and punctuality. Pick-up Time Confirmation: The day before the activity, we will contact you between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM via email, WhatsApp, SMS or phone to confirm your exact pick-up time. Changes or Delays: If you need to change your pick-up point or are delayed, call us at (+34) 611 518 815 Communication Limitations: If you will not be reachable on the activity day, inform us in advance via email, WhatsApp, SMS or phone call. ⏳ Be Ready: Arrive at your pick-up point 15 minutes before the scheduled time, visible and prepared. ⏱️ Timing Variation: Pick-up may be delayed by up to 20 minutes due to traffic or other circumstances. Full-Day Excursion: Lasts between 8 and 11 hours, including approximately 6.5 hours of main activity and 2 to 4.5 hours of transport, depending on your pick-up location. El Agujero offers two dining options: “Restaurante La Caldosa,” renowned for its seafood cuisine, and “Bar Tu Mismo,” a small eatery serving sandwiches and bocadillos. The meal is not included. Alternatively, you can bring your own food and enjoy a meal by the natural rock pools, taking in the stunning ocean views.

Submerge yourself in the contrasting forces of El Agujero, where the dramatic North Sea meets tranquil natural rock pools. Explore the underwater biodiversity of Gran Canaria through a snorkelling trial. After your aquatic adventure, the natural rock pools offer a peaceful retreat by the melodic tide. If tides or weather conditions do not permit the snorkelling activity, we will instead visit the charming coastal village of Sardina.
