Meeting and pickup
The instructions/ Google Map link you'll be sent will take you to the exact location in Papago Park. Apple Maps unfortunately will take you the wrong way. Once parked or dropped off, we will meet at a white pyramid in the desert
What to expect
As the sun begins its descent, we'll enjoy the breathtaking views of the desert and mountains while learning about the spiritual significance of this beautiful area.
Next, we'll move through a series of restorative yoga postures designed to help the body settle and release tension.
We will engage in breathwork exercises to calm the mind and center our thoughts.
As twilight turns to night, we will transition into a blissful hour of Yoga Nidra Meditation, guided by the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, vocal toning, tongue drum, and chimes. This profound combination of deep relaxation and sound healing will transport you to a state of inner tranquility and rejuvenation.
After the sound healing session, take some time to gaze at the stars, reflecting on the vastness of the universe and your place within it.
At the end, we will share our experiences and reconnect with our intentions.
