I’m Pilar, a NYC photojournalist, licensed tour guide, and true New York lover. On this photo walk, we’ll explore iconic spots and hidden corners while you learn to capture real NYC moments—no tourist clichés.
Every season brings a different mood: golden fall light, winter shadows, spring color, or summer street energy. I’ll help you work with light and composition in a fun, relaxed way.

What to expect
From a meeting point of Grand Central, we will take public transportation to several unique city locations on a photographic adventure, landmarks are not excluded . Before leaving Grand Central we'll do a quick review of your cameras or cell phones. And once we reach the points of interest, I will teach you techniques to expand your photographic skills and make great pictures.
