Escape the crowds of Malaga and head into the hills above Mijas to visit a small family-run organic vineyard, 400 m above the Mediterranean.
The vineyard is a beautiful place where, on most days, you can clearly see Africa — magically visible on the other side of the sea.
Your English-speaking host will walk you through the vines and olive trees, explaining how their organic wines and extra virgin olive oils are made and teaching you how to taste them with confidence.
Then sit down at a beautifully set table for a relaxed guided tasting of 5 organic wines and 2 premium olive oils from the estate, paired with tapas such as Spanish tortilla, local cheeses, Ibérico cold cuts and snacks.
Enjoy pure country air, views, a goat, cats, a friendly dog and chickens roaming free, and an intimate small-group atmosphere that feels magical and close to nature – perfect for photos, learning and real connection, with no hard sell – just good wine, good oil and good company.

Meeting and pickup
We’ll meet right at the vineyard where the tasting takes place. It’s about 20 minutes from anywhere on the Costa del Sol, and an Uber ride costs roughly €20. After you book, we’ll send you easy-to-follow instructions.

We'll meet in the small vineyard where the Malvajio winery story began—a plot of just under a hectare, filled with gorgeous vines facing the sea, in a wonderful spot where you can truly breathe peace. There, in the winemaker's courtyard, we'll dive into our session of learning, tasting, and fun.
