It is a unique experience in the world, since you will meet the beavers that were brought from Canada and adapted to Tierra del Fuego in a particular way, being today a species with unique traits and characteristics. You will know the imposing sugar cane mills built in the middle of the forest by these ecosystem engineers. Beavers can be seen at sunset and dusk, so we make it possible in this experience, in the middle of an incredible natural landscape, and with the tranquility of the environment necessary to enjoy it.
After the experience at the castor farms, we will return to the estate, where we will have time to enjoy the docks and facilities of the estate, facing Lake Fagnano, on how to use the restrooms if necessary. Upon returning to our cabin by Lake Fagnano, a delicious dinner will be waiting for us. We will taste an "Argentine picada" of salami and cheese, and then a very Argentine "asado" with drinks included.

We will begin our adventure, making two stops for landscape contemplation, Mirador del Valle Carbajal, and Paso Garibaldi. In this last one, we will also be able to contemplate the landscapes that await us later. We will observe active castor bean plants on the road. We will descend the same way to Lago Escondido, along the old trace of National Route Number 3.

Upon arriving at our cabin by Lake Fagnano, after using the restrooms, we will begin our hike, where we enter a century-old lenga forest until we reach the beaver area. We should approach stealthily so as not to disturb these incredible animals, who build their dams and burrows with the local trees as if they were architects. These small reservoirs of calm waters, a place also chosen by families of cauquenes, are the places where beavers live. When we return to the cabin, a delicious dinner will be waiting for us.

At our stop at Estancia La Carmen, we will have the opportunity to enjoy the facilities by Lake Fagnano, one of the largest in Argentina and South America. Once back at the refuge, by the warmth of the embers, among shared anecdotes, we will start to enjoy a platter of salami and cheese, with a delicious glass of wine, while we cook the roast, or we can walk along the lake, enjoying the best views on the docks, contemplating the beauties of the surroundings sitting on one of the benches by the lake. After dinner we will return to the city of Ushuaia
