What to expect

Learn from our award-winning industry-experts and hone your skills in one of the world's most exciting careers. Designed for those taking their first steps in bartending, or for developing bartenders looking to improve their cocktail knowledge. 

Improve your tasting skills: We go in-depth with spirits, wine, & beer knowledge and tasting.

Master classic cocktails: We teach a variety of the most classic recipes, and some twists, and take you through bartending tools, and everything you need to know about the bar environment.

Maximise your tips: We cover sales techniques, and customer service vs service excellence, so you can be sure your customers leave happy.

Work Internationally: Shaker qualifications are internationally accredited.

  • Public transportation options are available nearby
  • you must be 18yrs old to come on this course
  • please do not drive as you will be tasting alcohol
  • you can do the course if you do not drink but be aware much of the course material is understanding alcohol and it's production
