Meeting and pickup
We pick you up in the main lobby of your hotel. The driver will call your name and ask for official identification of the person in whose name the reservation is in order to board the transport.
You can identify us by our uniform: coffee shorts and blue polo shirt. Be ready 5 minutes before pickup. At large resorts, wait in the designated tour pickup area.

- Roundtrip transportation is included from hotels selected exclusively for our guests who book their tours at least 24 hours in advance.
- Consider additional travel time from your hotel to the Rancho "Tierra Sagrada". The experience lasts approximately 3 hours, plus 2–3 hours of roundtrip transportation, depending on your hotel location.
