Meeting and pickup
We pick you up in the main lobby of your hotel. The driver will call your name and ask for official identification of the person in whose name the reservation is in order to board the transport. You can identify us by our uniform: coffee shorts and blue polo shirt. Be ready 5 minutes before pickup. At large resorts, wait in the designated tour pickup area. In case of any doubt, you can contact our team to confirm the details.
