Our Spirit School offers hands-on distillation, expert guidance, and a unique gin or rum making experience.

What's Included

Although alcoholic beverages are not included, tasting is an integral part of the experience as you craft and refine your bespoke gin throughout the distillation process.
Participants use mini stills, beakers, and lab equipment to distill their gin, with tools for measuring, mixing, and blending botanicals to create a bespoke spirit.

What to expect

Step behind the stills at Earp Distilling Co. for Spirit School! This is an immersive, hands-on experience where you take on the role of head distiller and craft your own bespoke bottle of either gin or rum.

Whether you're curious about botanicals or drawn to barrel-ageing, this session puts you in control. Run your own miniature still, explore flavour development through guided 'cuts', and leave with a deeper understanding of distillation. Plus, take home your creation in a 500ml ceramic bottle you name and label!
