Visit Aboriginal communities and see the famous pearl shell altar at Beagle Bay's Sacred Heart church. Visit Cygnet Bay and enjoy a tour of the Pearl Farm, followed by a chef prepared plated lunch. Learn about Aboriginal culture, and marvel at the sights of the stunning Dampier peninsula. Return to Broome by early evening.

1Beagle Bay Sacred Heart Church
The tour's first stop is at Beagle Bay community for morning tea; famous for its Pearl Shell Altar at Sacred Heart Church (community entry fees included but entry to church by individual donation)

A well renowned pearl farm situated at the tip of the Dampier Peninsula. Whilst here, take a tour of the farm, learn about the history of the pearling industry and enjoy a chef prepared lunch.

A remote Indigenous community with amazing views of of the Buccaneer Archipelago. Enjoy a guided visit of the trochus shell hatchery and learn about the Bardis Jawis' strong connection to their rich culture and salt water traditions.

When available, an additional visit to the Aboriginal community at Lombadina will be included after lunch. This is dependent on the discretion of the community patrons.
