If you arrive on a cruise ship and dock at the West Dyke, there is a supplement of €10 per person. This is because it is an area with restricted access where only authorized vehicles can enter and we do not have an office there (ours is in the sea station, 5 minutes).
Even so, we have an agreement with transportation to offer you a special rate so you can come comfortably without the cost skyrocketing and enjoy the experience without complications.
Vans are labeled to help identify them
At 20:00 the day before, the information with the exact pickup time, in addition to the monitor’s phone, will reach you via WhatsApp.
Pick-up will be by the supermarket closest to the hotel (which will be indicated a day before), this is because we carry ice-cold fridges so that they can store the food and drink they will consume on the excursion.
If they have not contacted you within the day prior to the tour, contact them immediately by Whatsapp

Pickup & Departure To keep the experience smooth and easy, pickup takes place near your accommodation, usually at the nearest supermarket (typically less than a 10-minute walk). We use these meeting points because they are easy to find, accessible for our vans, and convenient for guests. They also give you the opportunity to grab drinks, snacks, or anything you might want for the beach before departure. Once everyone has arrived and the group is ready, we’ll start the journey to the beautiful cove selected for your experience, chosen based on the best conditions of the day to ensure a safe and unforgettable experience.

Journey to the Cove Once everyone is ready, we’ll drive to the beautiful cove or beach selected for your booking. During the journey, your guide will share interesting insights about the area and Mallorca’s coastline, giving you a deeper connection with the island. Because the sea conditions in Mallorca can change throughout the day, our team constantly monitors the situation. If weather or sea conditions are not ideal for enjoying the planned location safely, the guide may select an alternative cove with better conditions to ensure the best and safest experience possible. Our goal is always the same: to take you to the most beautiful and enjoyable spot available that day.

Time at the Cove Upon arrival at the selected cove or beach, we’ll set up umbrellas, coolers, and all the equipment needed so you can fully enjoy the surroundings without worrying about logistics. From here, the experience is yours to enjoy at your own pace. You can relax on the beach, explore scenic viewpoints, take short coastal walks, paddle along the coastline to discover hidden caves, or snorkel in the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean. This is your time to disconnect, explore, and experience the natural beauty of Mallorca in a relaxed and authentic way.

Return Journey After enjoying your time at the cove, we’ll head back to the van to begin the return journey. The ride back is relaxed and comfortable, with chill music setting the mood as we drive along Mallorca’s scenic coastline. It’s the perfect moment to unwind, share photos and stories from the day, and soak in the last views of the island after a memorable day exploring Mallorca’s beautiful beaches and hidden coves.
