We using Vans or Luxury SUV in our services. We must receive the passenger's phone number in order to provide the service. You may contact us by email, WhatsApp or tex messages. Passengers will receive a call or text from the driver or dispatcher once your plane lands. The passengers have 45 min in grace from the flight landed (only for the domestic flights). We have Safe and clean vehicles, and Commercial insurance covered, not wheelchair accessible, stroller accessible service, Infant seats available under request. The gratuities are additional for the rate of service. The limit of luggage is according with the capacity of each van. (A single stroller is considered a suitcase / double stroller is considered two suitcases). Please contact us if you need additional space for you luggages. Once you’re in the vehicle you will be whisked away safely and comfortably in your privately chauffeured vehicle. You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the reservation, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
