Look across the street from your Tender landing point at Santa Barbara Landing for a black Sprinter Van, near the intersection of Bath & Cabrillo Blvd, in front of Casa Del Mar Hotel and/or Chad's Cafe. Please verify that it is our company van and that your name is on the roster before boarding.

Upon arrival, either: Option A: Return directly to the ship's embarkation location… OR Option B: If time allows, let us take you on a concise driving tour of Santa Barbara, showcasing the beautiful "American Riviera” on a guided tour through its historic landmarks, Spanish Colonial architecture, and stunning coastal views. Make a timely return to the ship's embarkation location, ensuring plenty of time to comfortably catch the tender back to your ship.

Otherwise, our tours, with just one traveler, would run at a financial deficit. For 2 travelers, we break even. However, we never cancel our tours as long as at least two people are booked. Many tours require a higher minimum and will cancel. This minimum of 2 people for the first booking prevents us from making any cancellations and disappointing our potential guests. Driving tour will be adjusted to meet the boarding requirements, with a very comfortable margin, of the cruise ship. Our optional Santa Barbara driving tour will stay close by the ships boarding area, leaving you stress free with plenty of time to make your desired ship boarding time. When cruise ships are in port, our Santa Barbara Wine Country tour follows this special schedule, different from our regular tour schedule, to ensure cruise ship passengers have ample time to re-board their ship.
- ###What about official delayed disembarkation times determined by the captain due to fog or other weather or reasons? If disembarkation from the ship is delayed by the cruise ship captain due to weather, we will adjust our schedule as needed. We understand that you are taking tinders to shore and must wait your turn. Please contact us the morning of the tour to let us know your disembarkation status. Please check in as soon as you get off the boat. We will depart as soon as everyone has arrived.
- Children are welcome. If you need an infant seat, car seat, or booster seat, please contact us in advance so that we make help you make arrangements.
- After booking, please contact us through the customer portal to submit your email address to insure we can get in touch with you. Let us know your preferred choice for communication - before and on the day of the tour.
