As we meander through this lovely neighborhood you'll learn about the history of the homes, the people who lived in them and then we head up to Prospect Park West. You'll learn about how the park was developed and the role it played in the development of the neighborhood, just like it's brother in Manhattan, Central Park. Famous and wealthy people occupied the homes along the park and still do!
We'll descend down the slope from Prospect Park to 7th Avenue. You'll see quiet out of the way streets which Hollywood has used for many movies! We'll discuss Park Slope most important commercial street, the home of beautiful boutiques, great restaurants.
