    Day 4: Explore and Relax – Rest Day in Sukhothai

We trade motorcycles for a more relaxed pace as we explore the UNESCO-listed Sukhothai Historical Park, a mesmerizing collection of ancient temples, Buddha statues, and centuries-old ruins that tell the story of Thailand’s first kingdom. Wandering through the park, we admire the grandeur of Wat Mahathat, Wat Si Chum, and Wat Sa Si, where towering Buddha figures and intricate stone carvings transport us back in time. The serene lotus-filled ponds and crumbling pagodas create a peaceful atmosphere, making this a perfect day to reflect on the journey so far. For those looking to unwind further, a traditional Thai massage or a quiet afternoon by the river offers the perfect way to recharge before we hit the road again. The day ends with a beautiful sunset over the ruins, a sight that perfectly captures the magic of Sukhothai.

    Day 5: Scenic Highways and River Crossings – Sukhothai to Nan (Approx. 280 km)

    Breakfast done and we have a beautiful southward ride today covering around 255km down to Nan. A fantastic biking road with plenty to enjoy and challenge your riding skills, with some tight loops and bends. Then into Nan and its three bridges connecting the right bank to the left bank of the river Nan and a myriad of temples. We will stay overnight here and you can have fun exploring the city after our hotel dinner.

    As we get closer to Nan, we start to touch on the Doi Phu Nang National Park and its wonderful forests that give us some great stops for photos.

    Day 6: The Road of 1,000 Curves – Nan to Phayao via Bo Kluea (Approx. 190 km)

    After breakfast it's more of the wonderful Doi Phu Nang National Park to start the morning ride as we head inland to Phayao. We arrived in Phayao late afternoon and a little time to explore before dinner at the hotel. Plenty of markets and boutique shops to wander around and you can also ride the tram to see the city or stroll slowly and breath in the fresh air by the Lake
