Operating Schedule: Meet the trolley at 147 N Houston St. Dallas. at the corner of Houston St & Elm St. The trolley makes 3 tours each day. Dealey Plaza - tour times 10:15am. 12:15pm, 2:15pm PARKING is behind the 6th Floor Museum at 411 Elm St. Dallas. $12 for all day parking in the back lot.
