This private 3-hour lagoon tour is made for travelers with a car who want real nature without giving up a full day. Drive 45-60 minutes south of Tulum into the Sian Ka'an Biosphere, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and meet us just before the Boca Paila bridge. From there, a local captain-guide (English or Spanish) takes only your group, up to 6 guests, through calm mangrove channels and crystal-clear lagoons.
What you can spot:
- Wild manatees gliding near the boat
- Crocodiles sunbathing on the banks
- Ospreys, herons and migratory birds
Back on land, a traditional lunch is waiting: grilled fish, grilled chicken, chicken fajitas or a vegetarian option, with a soda.

Meeting and pickup
Self-drive: from Tulum take the coastal road south past the Arco Maya into the Sian Ka'an Biosphere (45-60 min). Meet us just before the Boca Paila bridge. Download the map before leaving Tulum (no signal inside). Arrive 10 min early with cash for the biosphere fee.

Our adventure will take you to the heart of the Sian Kaan Biosphere Reserve. This place is wonderful for its views and its ecosystem, we will take a tour of the entire lagoon during which you will connect with the environment and the present ecosystem in which crocodiles, manatees, dolphins and herons, eagles, cormorants and much more live.
