Start your journey by visiting some of the region's top wineries and vineyards. After the visits, you will have lunch at a famous Michelin Star Restaurant in this area. Wonderful lunch with fabulous wine and dessert on the menu. Rías Baixas is famous for its fresh seafood. Don't miss trying dishes like Pulpo a la Gallega (Galician-style octopus), grilled sardines, and mariscada (a seafood platter featuring lobster, crab, shrimp, and more). You'll find these delicatesen in local restaurants known as "marisquerías." However, in this case, you will have lunch in a very special Michelin Star Restaurant in the area.

When we finish, we will go to a famous luxus island in the area, called La Toxa. Staying at a wonderful Balneario hotel on La Toja Island can be a truly luxurious and relaxing experience. famous for its thermal Wand medicinal water. The Balneario hotel will likely have its own spa facility where you can indulge in a variety of therapeutic treatments, including hot spring baths, massages, mud wraps, and more. These treatments are known for their soothing and healing properties. It´s wonderful for guests that want spend a night or more in this area.
