This tour is perfect for travelers that want to get a local experience! Meet up with your local, bilingual expert, and find out what it is like to be a part of the community in Florence! At our first stop, we will get fueled up with a bit of Italian coffee. See our coffee culture first hand and learn why it is such an important part of our daily routine. Next, we will head over to the bustling local market to check out the seasonal produce, meet local butchers and fishermen, and of course, have another delicious tasting. Continuing on, we will take a stroll through the city center, stopping at a few different family-owned shops to taste some traditional favorites including, Florentine street food, Tuscan sweets, Olive Oil, Meats, Cheeses, Truffle, Aged Balsamic, wine, and much more! Finish off the tour with delicious local favorite, a rich, creamy, gelato! This walking tour will include 5-6 stops and 10 tastings!

We will meet on the steps of the Chiesa di Sant'Ambrogio (Sant'Ambrogio Church). It is located right in the piazza at the intersection of 3 streets.

End point

We will finish up the tour at an end point that is an easy walk to Ponte Vecchio or the Santa Maria Train Station.

    We will start off in the very local neighborhood of Sant' Ambrogio. Here we will visit a few different small shops to taste local favorites. Our tastings along the tour include everything from cantucci, coccoli, pizette, meats, cheeses, olive oil, truffle, and much more!

    After a few tastings in the Sant' Ambrogio area, we will then take a nice stroll through the city center twisting and turning on the local streets to enter into another local neighborhood.
