During this full-day experience, you will be able to become familiar with some well-known Italian brands and delicacies born in Emilia-Romagna.
We will pick you up with a minivan directly at your place in Bologna, Modena or Florence (please choose a correct tour option) in the morning and let your perfect day begin. We will visit local producers to learn something new about the production processes of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Lambrusco sparkling wine. After all the tours, you’ll taste the products to discover their typical flavors.
Your experience wouldn't be complete without visiting Ferrari Museum, so to see the most famous supercar brand of all time, Ferrari. And, of course, without having lunch in a picturesque estate situated among the gentle hills of the Modena area.
At the end of the day, the driver will take you back to your place.

Meeting and pickup
Pick-up is available from all hotels in Bologna, Modena, or Florence when an option with pick up is selected. Please specify your requested pickup point (name and complete address). For other destinations, please ask separately. The exact pickup time will be communicated before the tour in a separate message from the operator. Please leave a cell number with any messenger you actually use. Pickup normally starts between 07:45 am and 07:55 am and depends on the location you are staying in. Please make sure to be on time, we are not able to accommodate any late arrivals. When you are late for the pickup, the tour is not guaranteed, no refunds could be offered in that case. When you see that one of the options is closed, it means that pickup from there is NOT possible. PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE "PICKUP FROM BOLOGNA" IF YOUR HOTEL IS IN MODENA, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PICK YOU UP FROM YOUR HOTEL. Pickup from Bologna, for example, means that your hotel /bnb / etc is in Bologna. When select SELF DRIVE OPTION, you have to travel with your OWN car. NO TRANSFER is included. You'll have to reach all the places on your own. When select an option "PICKUP FROM A MEETING POINT IN BOLOGNA", you'll need to reach the meeting point, P.zza XX Settembre in front of NH De La Gare Hotel, Bologna on your own, NO PICKUP FROM YOUR HOTEL is included. The van leaves at 07:55 or 08:55 am (based on the starting time you choose) and will not wait for the late comers.

DAIRY FARM / We will start our tour with a guided visit at a cheese factory and learn how aged Parmigiano Reggiano cheese is produced. The visit will be held directly by the local producer's staff, so none of your questions will remain non answered. The tour will be followed by the tasting of different ages of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese together with freshly made ricotta.

WINERY / After, we will enjoy a visit to a local winery and take a guided tour of the facilities to learn about Lambrusco, a sparkling wine from northern Italy.

BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA / Then we will continue with a visit to an “Acetaia” and discover the production of the famous “black gold”, the precious traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena, which you will be able to taste at the end of your guided tour.

LUNCH / We will have lunch in a picturesque estate situated among the gentle hills of the Modena area, accompanied by water and local wine.

On the way back home, we proceed with a visit to the Ferrari Museum in Maranello with cars, images and trophies that have marked the history of the brand, and you will be able to experience the places where the most beautiful cars in the world are designed.

- When you select option "NO TRANSFER-Full day own car", it means that no pickup or transfer between the locations are included. You will need a car to take the tour with this option.
- Pickup from a meeting point will be from P.za XX Settembre, the square in front of NH De La Gare hotel, just a 5-minute walk from Bologna central train station. The van leaves at 07:55 or 08:55 am (based on the option selected), and will not wait for late comers. If you arrive late to the meeting point because of train or other transportation delays, we won’t be able to accommodate you, to send a refund or to reschedule the tour to another day. We kindly suggest planning extra time for your journey to avoid any issues.
