Pickup Coverage in Dubai: • We offer pickup from most hotels and centrally located residences, including Downtown Dubai, Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, and Dubai Marina. • Remote areas such as Jebel Ali, Dubai Investment Park (DIP), JVC, Dubai Sports City, Oasis, The Greens, Battuta Gate, Dubailand, and Bab Al Shams Resort are not included in standard pickup. Pickup from JA Resort, Al Maha Resort, Lapita Hotel, JVC, Greens, DIP, and Arabian Ranches is not applicable for shared transfers (upgrade to private transfer). Pickup from Port Rashid is only possible outside the port (Holiday Inn Express Jumeirah). Pickup from Dubai Airport is not possible—guests must go to the nearest airport hotel (Holiday Inn Express Airport). • A nearby meeting point will be suggested or extra pickup charges may apply. Custom Pickup Options • For private tours or pickups outside Dubai (e.g., Sharjah, Ajman or Ras Al Khaimah), special arrangements can be made with prior notice. Booking may cancel on the day of the trip due to bad weather conditions, delays, or force majeure without any prior notice. All UAE residents and those eligible for an Oman visa on arrival can book their tour at least 1 day prior to their tour date. Travel & Border Requirements and Extra Cost: ✅ Passport: Must be valid for at least 6 months (For all travelers) ✅ Emirates ID: Must be valid for at least 3 months (For UAE residents) ✅ Exit Fee: AED 31. Cash payment only. The vehicle owner must travel with you. Vehicles under a bank loan cannot cross the border. • Visa Change/Renewal: Not possible on this trip. Travelers with visas nearing expiration are not allowed to travel. ✅ Important Requirements: • Passport Copy Submission: A passport copy for each traveler is REQUIRED to obtain Oman border crossing pass.
