What to expect
On arrival, your driver meets you inside the Cairns Airport arrivals hall holding a name sign. We monitor your flight and wait up to 30 minutes after touchdown, so you are never rushed through baggage claim. Your driver assists with luggage and walks you to the vehicle in the nearby car park.
The journey is private and direct — your vehicle is yours alone, with no other passengers and no additional stops. We travel north along the Captain Cook Highway, one of Australia's most scenic coastal drives, where the rainforest meets the Coral Sea. The trip takes approximately 1 hour 20 minutes. Your driver is a local and is happy to point out landmarks and answer questions about the region, or leave you to enjoy the drive in peace.
Vehicles are modern, air-conditioned and cleaned before every transfer. Bottled water is provided. Child seats are available on request at the time of booking.
We drop you at the door of your Port Douglas accommodation, resort or private address, and help unload your luggage before we leave.
