Plunge into the rainforest for a tour of the cacao groves and learn about sustainable cacao-growing. Find out how to graft a cacao tree before tasting cacao pulp from a freshly-cut pod. Then, sample chocolate made on the Rabot Estate and unique to Saint Lucia while crafting your own chocolate bar. (Experience approx. 2.5 hours)

Tree to Bar Experience: Immerse yourself in our unique, multisensory tree to bar chocolate experience at Rabot Estate. Here, you can find out about how cacao grows. Plunge into the rainforest for a tour of the cacao groves, and learn how to graft a tree before hand-crafting your very own chocolate bar. Finish your experience with cacao cuisine, served street-food style - including the Cacao Burger, Cacao Beer-Battered Fish & Chips and fresh local produce. Try our famous soft-serve Ice Cream of the Gods and our cacao infused cocktails.
