This experience goes beyond a typical coastal tour by combining landscapes, wine culture, and local cuisine in a small, relaxed group. Instead of simply visiting towns, we explore the Basque Coast through the traditions that shape everyday life here.
You’ll walk along the spectacular Flysch cliffs of Zumaia, one of Europe’s most unique geological landscapes, then head into the coastal vineyards above Getaria to learn how Txakoli wine is grown in this maritime climate. A short walk among the vines offers sweeping views of the Atlantic and insight into local wine traditions.
The day continues with a guided visit of the fishing village of Getaria before finishing with one of the Basque coast’s most iconic meals: fresh fish grilled over charcoal, paired with a tasting of different styles of local Txakoli wine.
With a maximum of 7 guests, the experience remains personal, relaxed, and deeply connected to the region.

Arrive in the charming fishing village of Getaria, one of the most authentic towns on the Basque coast. Walk through its narrow streets with your guide, discover its strong maritime traditions, and learn about its history as the birthplace of explorer Juan Sebastián Elcano. Overlooking the harbor and surrounded by vineyards and the sea, Getaria offers a perfect glimpse into traditional Basque coastal life before continuing to lunch.
