Pick-up services are available for all hotels and vacation rentals in the Riviera Maya area, which includes locations from Moon Palace to Tulum (including Puerto Morelos and Playa del Carmen). There is no additional charge for pick-up in these areas. However, for Cancun City and the ‘Zona Hotelera’ (Hotel Zone), there is a small fee of $15 USD per person. If you’re staying in Playa/Costa Mujeres the charge is $20 USD per person. For accommodations located on unpaved streets and within the area of Tulum’s ‘Zona Hotelera’ (Tulum Hotels Beach Zone), we’ll arrange a nearby meeting point.
