Pickup details:

Pick-up services are available for all hotels and vacation rentals in the Riviera Maya area, which includes locations from Moon Palace to Tulum (including Puerto Morelos and Playa del Carmen). There is no additional charge for pick-up in these areas. However, for Cancun City and the ‘Zona Hotelera’ (Hotel Zone), there is a small fee of $15 USD per person. If you’re staying in Costa Mujeres the charge is $20 USD per person. For accommodations located on unpaved streets and within the area of Tulum’s ‘Zona Hotelera’ (Tulum Hotels Beach Zone), we’ll arrange a nearby meeting point.

  • Only last minute bookings, after 6 pm the day prior to the tour, requiere a confirmation from the service provider, if you didn´t receive a confirmation from the service provider a refund will be processed.
  • Shared tour. The maximum number of people on the tour is 12 people.
