Its great Gothic Cathedral: the York Minster, the ruins of a Medieval Monastery, its Castle, its wall, and public gardens, Georgian and Victorian Architecture... something to discover and explore at every step during our walk.

We ascend the defensive wall of the city, a formidable Medieval structure of almost 4 km, very well preserved, exploring some of the access gates to the city of York.

We stop to admire this spectacular building completed in 1360 AD. For centuries, this construction has been the center of commerce for the city's great merchants. A medieval gem in the middle of the city.

- The city walls are NOT wheelchair accessible. When ascending the wall we spent about 25 minutes walking one sector.
- Medieval York City Centre: some streets and parks are uneven, it is a medieval city.
