  It is one of the most suggestive caves on the island of Capri. The White Grotto is accessed via a steep staircase carved into the rock directly from the sea. Once you get up, you can admire the strong contrast between the white light of the cave and the blue of the sea among the white limestone rocks, making this place surreal thanks to the dense and suggestive stalactites and stalagmites. Some argue that these natural conformations describe a statue resembling a praying Madonna. Whoever visits it, can only be enchanted by it.
